EDIT: TPS Deadline for Haitian Nationals has been EXTENDED

I previously posted that the registration for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) deadline for Haitian nationals is Wednesday, July 21, 2010, however I have just been made aware that the USCIS announced an extension of this deadline by six additional months. The new deadline to apply for TPS is January 18, 2011. The extension was granted in order to give individuals a chance to remain here safely as there is still much crisis and devastation in Haiti.
